Rizwan Sheikh, Managing Partner

Rizwan Sheikh is responsible for providing strategic technology direction for AustinCSI.  His expertise in the area of business processes, project delivery strategies, and software quality assurance gained through his experience as senior executive in the information technology industry make him well suited for his leadership position at AustinCSI. 

During his 25-year tenure in the industry, Rizwan has held several executive level positions related to financial services, telecom, and manufacturing.  Prior to AustinCSI, he served as Executive Director of International Operations for Excel Communications overseeing the initiation and successful completion of the technology and business process infrastructure required to start and operate the business.  He has also served on leadership teams of numerous companies responsible for worldwide automation software business to internal business process and project management initiatives.   At Ernst and Young, he led the Middle Market Practice for the company’s ERP Solutions practice.

Rizwan graduated with a BS in Information Technology from the University of Texas at Arlington, and also received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Karachi.  He is a member of the Project Management Institute and Scrum Alliance with PMP and CSM certifications.

Karen Moree, Managing Partner

With more than 15 years of experience in the technology consulting industry, Karen Moree is responsible for business development and consultant operations for AustinCSI.

Karen was also awarded rank #62 in the Top Female CEO 2012 category which was featured in the Inc. 500 magazine.

Experienced in all aspects of the software development life cycle, Karen has delivered successful high-profile initiatives at some of the largest companies in the world. Karen’s intuitive ability to understand client business goals and build integrated cross-functional teams is a key part of her success.

Known for the ability to align client business drivers with practical solutions, Karen’s background includes many large-scale implementations, innovative partnerships and creative delivery models. Her hands-on approach and out-of-the-box thinking have delivered progressive solutions for many types of businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 50 corporations.

Karen has worked with clients across multiple industries, including telecom, healthcare, retail and financial services. Her extensive network of IT professionals gives her access to the right people to build progressive situations for her clients. Karen earned her BA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
