Community

Making positive impacts - one person at a time.

We thrive on supporting engaged leaders, so we constantly encourage our associates to donate their time, skills, and knowledge to charitable organizations within our local communities. From volunteering with the Aga Khan Foundation that works to improve the welfare of people in a developing world, to participating in other philanthropic and fundraising activities, giving back is what inspires our associates.

Who: The Aga Khan Foundation
What: Worldwide non-profit organization that utilizes innovative approaches to solve development problems
How: Each year in Dallas, Atlanta and Orlando, we partner with this organization for Partnership in Action walk. Our most recent 5k walk helped support communities in gaining access to clean, sustainable water supply.

Who: Hope's Door
What: Support the women and children in our community that need assistance getting back on their feet after hard times.
How: At AustinCSI, we have collected food for holiday meals, raffled airline tickets to raise money, and adopted children during the holiday season to provide for their needs and wants.

Who: The North Texas Food Bank
What: Since 1982, the NTFB has had a clear and simple mission statement: to passionately pursue a hunger-free community.
How: As a team, we support this vision by donating our time (and food-bagging skills) to help provide the means for meals to be distributed to families throughout North Texas that need a little help.

Who: Toys for Tots
What: Act as a beacon of hope to unite communities together in a common goal to support one another during hardships.
How: At each of our annual ACx (AustinCSI Connectx) events throughout the United States, we partner with the U.S. Marine Corps and encourage our attendees to bring an unwrapped gift for children and teenagers in need.

Who: The Salvation Army
What: “Doing The Most Good." In these four words, the mission is - to feed, to clothe, to comfort, to care. To rebuild broken homes and broken lives.
How: As a firm, we have hosted our own School Supplies Drive to gather school supplies for children who are not fortunate enough to provide these items for themselves.

Who: Creative Mornings
What: Everyone is creative. A creative life requires bravery and action, honesty and hard work. This origination is here to support you, celebrate with you, and encourage you to make the things you love.
How: We are a local partner of Creative Mornings; since every event is free of charge, we support the local chapter to stay active in the local creative community.

Who: Love for Kids
What: The mission of Love for Kids is “to ensure that children and their parents have easy access to education and resources."
How: Every year we support this mission by investing our time to help throw a Texas size holiday party for deserving group of kids and their parents.
