Prior to joining AustinCSI, Ali worked with clients such as Accenture, Microsoft, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Greyhound where he conceptualized and streamlined accounting processes between US and Canada business units, designed and implemented business process improvements and created Proof of Concept dashboards, scorecards and Business Intelligence framework.
He has led several successful engagements involving establishing project tracking and reporting and risk management activities. Most recently, he led his client to transfer revenue streams from traditional mechanisms to a self-service model, which has been a tremendous success and is operating in New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, and etcetera. He has also co-authored a book entitled “What Every Corporate Professional Must Know!” which addresses what today’s corporate professionals need to think about in order to thrive in tomorrow’s corporate structure. Ali is recognized in the industry for his thought leadership by giving lectures at Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business and volunteers for various organizations, including, Plano Independent School District’s Advisory Committee.
As he conveys his focus on solutions and delivery, Ali brings a deep expertise in solving unique business process problems as well as metrics and reporting expertise with emphasis on Dashboards and Scorecards to AustinCSI. In his current position, Ali is responsible for evaluating and optimizing Business, IT, and Management processes to elevate performance and solve our client’s most complex challenges.
Ali holds a BBA: Management Information Systems (MIS) from Cox Business School and BSFA: Economics with Financial Application from Dedman School from Southern Methodist University.
With nearly three decades overseeing end-to-end project management activities; he has as a broad range of experience across all aspects of asset management business with particular emphasis around strategic Consulting, Enterprise Architecture and Program Management.
Prior to joining AustinCSI, Bobby redesigned critical business applications, upgraded network and telephone infrastructure, enhanced Helpdesk, Desktop, Data Center and Server Admin teams to support over 2,600 employees at the Corporate Office with over 60 remote locations. He has led teams of up to 120 people with annual budgets of up to $50 million. While serving as a Program Manager, key accomplishments performed by Bobby included the management of a large-scale implementation of a three-year $50 million consolidation effort to merge two IT organizations as a result of an acquisition, where he identified over $33 million in annual savings through consolidation of people, process and technology. Bobby’s valuable experience in solution development and deployment consistently leads to innovative, sustainable solutions.
As a strategic lead at AustinCSI, Bobby is responsible for Technology Direction and Business Development in Health Care and Consumer Goods. His experience spans the Health & Fitness, Telecom, Retail, Mortgage, Insurance, and Government industries with particularly deep experience in the Healthcare field. With experience in developing programs and coordinating the implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions, Bobby brings proven experience in developing and delivering technology solutions to his current role.
With over 15 years of experience leading teams in a variety of industries, Bryan’s depth of knowledge covers the Healthcare, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Education Sectors. Bryan’s expertise lies in the areas of Business Process Optimization, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Client Relationships, and Program/Project Management. Over the course of his extensive career, Bryan has advised executives in their most challenging issues and opportunities resulting in cost savings, improved delivery, and increased client satisfaction.
As a Strategic Lead at AustinCSI, Bryan is responsible for leading client engagement teams and building client relationships as well as providing direction and thought leadership in the area of Operational Excellence. His work focuses on creating an operational infrastructure to support the needs of AustinCSI’s rapid growth.
Bryan earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He also holds several technical certifications as well as being a Certified Scrum Master.
Project and Portfolio Management
With over fourteen years of vast experience managing large, complex global initiatives for organizations including Bank of America, McKesson, and American Airlines, James brings solid network, telecom, data center build-out, and migration expertise to his role at AustinCSI. He has a proven track record of project and program manager experience, with a focus on best practices, productivity, and sustainable results. As a Strategic Leader at AustinCSI, James is responsible for Project and Portfolio Management.
James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems with a minor in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. He also holds Project Management Professional, Information Technology Infrastructure Library, and Certified Scrum Master Certifications.
